Blue is a neutral

I always say that I consider blue to be a neutral color.  It goes in almost any room.  Lately I’ve been drawn to rooms that use both blue and yellow.  The cheeriness of yellow pairs well with the grounding presence of blue to create an unexpected balance.  It adds so much vibrancy to a room which makes a room feel fresh and timeless.
